1. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract (i.e. the moment you complete the order and payment).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement to us (e.g. by e-mail) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

2. Early Expiry of Withdrawal Right – Digital Content
Important:
For digital products (e-books, downloads, audio files, etc.) the right of withdrawal expires as soon as:
✅ the download or streaming of the digital content has started, and
✅ you have expressly agreed to the immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.
This consent is requested during the checkout process and is required before downloading the product.
If you do not provide this consent, we cannot deliver the digital content immediately.
3. Effects of Withdrawal (if still valid)
If you withdraw from the contract before downloading/accessing the digital product:
we must refund all payments received from you,
within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
